USDA Establishment - Alpha Foods Co. manufactures its products under FSIS/USDA inspection in addition to producing as a registered FDA dual jurisdiction establishment.
USDA Headquarters - FSIS/USDA maintains its headquarters office for the Central Texas and Western Houston USDA circuits at Alpha Foods Co.’s establishment in Waller, Texas.
Food Safety System - Alpha Foods Co. operates and manufactures all products under a strict HACCP System in conformance with the (FSMA) Food Safety Modernization Act’s regulations while maintaining stringent prerequisite programs including, but not limited to rigorous Quality Assurance Procedures, GMPs, strict Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures and SOP’s to ensure the food safety and quality of the finished products.
Food Defense and Recall Protocol - Product traceability procedures, food security and defense programs are in place and regularly tested to assure the safety and quality of the products sold to the end consumer.
